Unforgotten Studios, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a New Jersey limited-liability company registered in Jackson, New Jersey, operates

Home
(the “Site”).

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you visit or interact with the Site. It also explains the choices available to you regarding optional analytics and external media technologies.

Certain technologies are necessary to operate and protect the Site and remain active as required for those purposes. Optional technologies, including Analytics and External Media, are controlled through our privacy preference system.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Personal Information You Provide

We may collect information that you voluntarily provide to us, including:

  • Contact form submissions. Your name, email address, and any other information you choose to include when contacting us.
  • Business communications. Information you provide in connection with partnership inquiries, applications, creator-related inquiries, business opportunities, or other communications.
  • Email communications. Your email address, message contents, attachments, and related correspondence when you communicate with us.

Please avoid submitting sensitive personal information unless it is reasonably necessary for your interaction with us.

1.2 Automated & Technical Data

When you access the Site, our website infrastructure and security systems may process technical information such as:

  • IP address
  • Browser type and version
  • Device and operating-system information
  • Requested pages or resources
  • Referring URLs
  • Date and time of requests
  • General Site usage information
  • Approximate geographic information
  • Security, fraud-prevention, or abuse-detection signals

Some of this information is processed as necessary to operate, secure, and maintain the Site and does not depend on your optional Analytics preference.

1.3 IP-Based Location Data

We use IP-based location technology to derive generalized geographic information such as country or region.

This information may be used for:

  • Geographic access controls
  • Website security
  • Fraud and abuse prevention
  • Traffic management
  • General operational purposes

IP-based security and access-control processing is considered necessary and operates independently of the optional Analytics setting.

2. How We Use Your Information

We may use information collected through the Site for the following purposes:

  • Provide and improve the Site. To operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve Site functionality and user experience.
  • Respond to inquiries. To respond to contact requests, applications, partnership inquiries, and other communications.
  • Analytics and research. When Analytics is permitted, to understand general Site usage and performance.
  • Security and abuse prevention. To identify and prevent malicious activity, spam, bots, fraud, unauthorized access, and other threats.
  • Access control. To apply geographic or technical restrictions where appropriate.
  • External media. When permitted, to display third-party embedded content such as Twitch streams.
  • Link measurement. To measure the use and performance of certain branded, promotional, or affiliate links.
  • Legal and administrative purposes. To comply with applicable obligations and protect our rights, property, users, and services.

3. Cookies, Consent & Similar Technologies

Our Site uses cookies and similar technologies for different purposes. Our privacy preference system separates technologies into the following categories.

ALWAYS ACTIVE

Necessary

Necessary technologies are required to operate, secure, and maintain the Site.

They may support core Site functionality, website and network security, spam and bot prevention, fraud and abuse detection, geographic or technical access controls, infrastructure and content delivery, and remembering your privacy preferences.

OPTIONAL

Analytics

Analytics technologies help us understand how visitors use the Site. We use Google Analytics 4 (“GA4”) for Site measurement.

Our consent-controlled implementation is designed so that Google Analytics is not intentionally activated until you permit Analytics through our privacy settings.

When Analytics is permitted, information may include:

  • Page views
  • Session and interaction information
  • Browser and device characteristics
  • Referral information
  • Approximate geographic information
  • General Site usage patterns

Google Analytics may use analytics cookies or similar identifiers when Analytics is permitted. We do not configure the Analytics consent described in this policy for personalized advertising, and advertising-related consent signals remain disabled through our implementation.

OPTIONAL

External Media

Some pages contain third-party embedded media, including Twitch content. External Media is blocked until you permit it.

If External Media is permitted, your browser may communicate directly with the applicable third-party service. Information received by that service may include your IP address, browser and device information, network request information, service-specific cookies or identifiers, and information relating to your interaction with the embedded content.

Blocked Twitch content may include an Enable Twitch option. Selecting it enables External Media while preserving your existing Analytics preference. The current page may reload so the content can initialize correctly.

Privacy Preference Storage

We use a necessary preference cookie or similar storage mechanism to remember the choices you make through our privacy settings.

The stored preference may include whether you allow Analytics and External Media, information identifying the applicable privacy-preference configuration, and the date your selection was updated.

Your privacy preference is generally retained for approximately 180 days unless you change your selection or remove the stored preference sooner.

YOUR CHOICES

You may review or change your optional privacy preferences at any time by selecting Cookie Settings in the Site footer.

4. Security, Spam & Bot Prevention

We use security and automated abuse-prevention technologies to protect the Site, our systems, and our users.

These technologies may process technical information when necessary to:

  • Detect malicious traffic
  • Prevent unauthorized access
  • Prevent spam
  • Detect automated or abusive activity
  • Identify suspected fraud
  • Protect Site availability and integrity
  • Investigate security incidents

Google reCAPTCHA

Certain Site functions use Google reCAPTCHA to help detect bots, spam, and abusive automated activity. reCAPTCHA may process technical and interaction-related signals necessary to evaluate whether activity appears legitimate or automated.

We treat this functionality as necessary for Site security and spam prevention.

Security Information

For security reasons, we do not publicly disclose internal security configurations, anti-abuse thresholds, CAPTCHA scoring criteria, authentication controls, access-control rules, detection methods, or other technical information that could reasonably weaken the security of the Site or its users.

5. Branded Links, Link Measurement & Affiliate Links

We may use branded or shortened URLs for promotional, operational, or affiliate purposes. Certain shortened URLs may record server-side click statistics when they are used so that we can understand link performance.

Depending on the applicable configuration, limited technical information associated with the request may also be processed.

Separate From Analytics Consent

Branded-link measurement operates separately from the optional Analytics preference on the Site because a shortened URL may be accessed directly from social media, email, messages, another website, another application, or another location without first loading our Site’s privacy interface.

For this reason, disabling Analytics does not necessarily disable server-side measurement associated with a branded short URL.

Affiliate Links

Some links may be affiliate links. If you follow an affiliate link and complete a qualifying purchase or action, Unforgotten Studios may receive a commission or other compensation. Where appropriate, affiliate relationships are disclosed near the relevant content or link. Affiliate compensation does not change the privacy preferences available through our Site.

6. Information Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell or rent personal information for monetary consideration through the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

We may disclose information in the following circumstances:

  • Service providers. Providers that assist with hosting, infrastructure, security, analytics, email delivery, content delivery, external media, or other Site operations.
  • At your direction. When you explicitly request or authorize a disclosure.
  • Legal requirements. When disclosure is required by applicable law, legal process, regulation, or a valid governmental request.
  • Safety and security. When reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, abuse, security incidents, or threats to our rights, property, services, users, or others.
  • Business transactions. In connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, financing, sale of assets, or similar legitimate corporate transaction.

7. Contact Forms & Email Communications

When you submit a contact form or otherwise communicate with us, we may use the information you provide to:

  • Respond to your inquiry
  • Evaluate business or partnership opportunities
  • Review applications
  • Communicate with creators, applicants, partners, or other contacts
  • Provide requested information
  • Maintain appropriate business records
  • Prevent fraud, spam, or abuse

Our forms may use automated bot and spam-prevention technology. Form submissions and other communications may also be transmitted through third-party email-delivery infrastructure as necessary to deliver and process those communications.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy or as required or permitted by law.

Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and why it is processed. For example:

  • Privacy preferences are generally retained for approximately 180 days.
  • Contact and business communications may be retained while an inquiry, business relationship, or recordkeeping need remains relevant.
  • Analytics data is retained according to the configuration of our analytics service.
  • Security information may be retained for an appropriate period to investigate, prevent, and respond to abuse or security threats.
  • Hosting and technical logs may be retained according to applicable infrastructure and operational requirements.

Information may be retained longer when reasonably necessary for legal compliance, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, or the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.

9. Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, destruction, misuse, or loss.

These protections may include measures relating to:

  • Encryption in transit
  • Access controls and authentication
  • Network and application security
  • Automated abuse prevention
  • Security monitoring
  • Geographic access controls
  • Infrastructure protection
  • Software maintenance and updates

No method of electronic transmission, storage system, or security measure can guarantee absolute security.

Nothing in this Privacy Policy grants authorization to bypass, probe, interfere with, exploit, or attempt unauthorized access to the Site or its supporting systems.

10. Children’s Privacy

The Site is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to us, please contact us so that we can review the matter and take appropriate action, including deletion where applicable.

11. International Transfers

Our operations and certain service providers are located in the United States. Information may therefore be processed in the United States or other jurisdictions where our service providers maintain operations or infrastructure. Privacy and data-protection laws may differ between jurisdictions. Where required by applicable law, appropriate safeguards may be used for international processing or transfers.

12. Your Rights & Choices

Depending on where you live and the laws applicable to a particular request, you may have rights concerning your personal information.

These may include the right to request:

  • Access to personal information
  • Correction of inaccurate information
  • Deletion of certain information
  • A copy of certain information
  • Information regarding certain processing or disclosures
  • Withdrawal of consent for optional processing
  • Restriction of certain processing where applicable
  • An appeal where required by applicable law

Not every right applies in every jurisdiction or circumstance. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests.

You may allow or disable External Media through Cookie Settings. You may also explicitly enable blocked Twitch content through an Enable Twitch control where provided.

13. Consent and Necessary Processing

Our privacy preference system uses consent for the optional technologies identified in this Privacy Policy.

  • Responding to a request you initiate
  • Legal compliance

These providers maintain their own privacy policies and practices.

Our Site may also contain links to websites operated by third parties. Once you leave our Site, the privacy policy and terms of the destination website apply. We are not responsible for the privacy, security, content, or practices of websites we do not operate.

15. Changes to this Policy

We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our Site, privacy controls, business operations, third-party services, legal requirements, or data-processing practices.

The Last Updated date at the top reflects the most recent revision. If we make a material change to optional processing governed by our consent system, we may reset previously stored privacy preferences and request that visitors make a new choice.
